Staying safe in challenging times
Greetings dear patients and friends,
We always keep patient and staff safety at the forefront of our decision making. In keeping with the directive of the governor’s office, we have temporarily closed our office to help preserve important personal protective equipment (PPE) for medical providers seeing urgent and emergency cases and to do our part to promote social distancing to reduce risk of spreading COVID19 and to “flatten the curve”.
We will be checking messages (503-692-1190) and emails (firstname.lastname@example.org) frequently. At this time, we do not know when we will be able to see patients again. We will send out an enewsletter and post on the website as soon as we have more information.
We encourage you to maintain social distancing and to stay home as much as possible, particularly if you are over age 60 or have any underlying health conditions. You can get more information from the CDC at the link below.
Above all, our hearts go out to all who have been affected by this pandemic. If we all act sensibly and limit exposure we can help save medical resources for those who truly need them. There is a lot of misinformation out there, so I’ve added the link to a great resource page from the Centers for Disease Control, CDC, to help you take good care of yourselves and your families. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prepare/prevention.html
Unfortunately, our cosmetic and laser practice is a procedure based practice, so telemedicine appointments are not very helpful. However, Dr. Vessely is seeing patients at Lake Grove ENT via telemedicine appointments for non-emergency ears, nose and throat problems. Go to www.lakegroveent.com for more information.
We are so grateful to have you as our patients and we hope and pray that you will remain healthy and safe.
